    An excellent aperitif. Wine specially appreciated with typical hors-d’oevres, soups, first courses, legumes, vegetables, white meat. Excellent with locally-caught freshwater fish such as roast perch, “tegamaccio”, tench and “regina in porchetta”

    After uncorking serve immediately at 12° C in a crystal goblet

    Not to be aged. Bottles are to be stored, lying down, in a cool dark place
